There are sweeping energy/green house gas ("GHG") emission regulatory changes being developed in Congress, the EPA, and in the Wisconsin legislature that are sure to have an impact on your business. This session will highlight enacted and proposed rules that will affect most businesses in the manner in which they use energy. Even if your business doesn't directly generate GHGs, your supply chain may be impacted. There will be winners and losers from these new developments. Planning now for these changes will create greater opportunities for the "winners" and reduce the risk of losses for the "losers."
